Power & Performance

With over 400 horsepower on tap, the Audi RS 3 is a supremely capable performer. In fact, the new RS 3 can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in under 4 seconds. The powerful 2.5-liter inline five-cylinder engine produces an impressive 401 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. Power is nothing without control, however. Shifting duties are handled by a seven-speed dual-clutch S-tronic® transmission and sent through all four wheels thanks to legendary quattro® all-wheel drive. Electronic torque vectoring via three selectable drive modes - RS Individual, RS Performance, and RS Torque Rear - allow you to fine-tune performance. RS Torque Rear can send all of the power to the outside rear wheel during cornering, allowing for impressive drifts. Otherwise, the available Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R semi-slick tires wrap 19" wheels and grip the road tenaciously. The sport-tuned suspension is a full inch lower than the A3 for superior handling, and available 380mm carbon ceramic front brakes provide prodigious stopping power.

When you're behind the race-inspired, flat-bottom steering wheel of the Audi RS 3, you're in total control. Of course, since this is an Audi, you'll still be swaddled in comfortable sport seats, upholstered in quilted leather. High-quality, competition-inspired materials surround you, such as carbon fiber and alcantara. Optionally, special trim can be ordered to match your exterior color choice. You don't have to give up technology in the name of high performance. A 12.3-inch Virtual Cockpit digital instrument display provides performance-oriented digital readouts for all major vehicle functions, and a heads-up display means that you'll never have to take your eyes off the road during high-speed maneuvers. Infotainment duties are handled by a 10.1-inch MMI® touchscreen with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ capability.
